Research-based collaboration to increase Swedish students´ action competence

The aim has been to research the creation of action competence through Håll Sverige Rents´s Grön Flagg training program with a larger emphasis on research from Karlstad Universitet. With the support of research, Grön Flagg has looked from the outside at specific impacts around didactics, hollism, plusralism, planning and evaluation of the educational program.

This has also meant that Grön Flagg developed an even clearer connection to curriculum and interdisciplinary studies through research and dialogue with the participating schools. Expected results and effects: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

The result has been loss of a few participants not able to participate as staff loss and local management decisions were a factor. The difficulty that emerged during the collaboration has been convening and freeing up time for educators. The expected result was that the exchange between participating businesses, universities and Håll Sverige Rent created even better conditions for working in Grön Flagg, also broadly in learning for sustainable development, which can both participating schools in Grön Flagg and businesses in general work in LHU.

The scheme has been guided by Grön Flagg as a point of departure, with an addition from a research horizon from Karlstad Universitet. The analysis is that the expected exchange between different activities was of great benefit to both the organizers HSR and KU and the participants from 16 schools.
