The project has its origins in reducing the fashion industry´s climate impact, among other things by driving the development of e-commerce solutions for second-hand sales. During the feasibility study, the perspective has been broadened. The focus is broader than just e-commerce, but on a more comprehensive level look at the digital transformation, technology development, policy influence, regulations, social trends, etc.

All in all, it is about the role of voluntary organizations in a future system shift in textile recycling. Expected results and effects: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

The project has contributed to the voluntary organizations´ increased knowledge about digital transformation but also value chain, logistics and sales.

The opportunity to create consensus around challenges and needs for the organizations, as well as their joint role in a system change for textiles.

The insight on the importance of collaborating in order to identify common innovation areas, as well as joint development around the digital transformation. The pre-study can be used as a strategic framework to develop their respective ideas based on Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

Interviews, study visits and workshops (Röda Korset, Erikshjälpen, Myrorna, Göteborgs Stadsmission, Stockholms Stadsmission and Björk&Frihet).

Collaboration with the project PassOn-line, which partially addresses the same target group, but with a specific focus on services for recycling the packaging in e-commerce. Environmental monitoring via ASTER, ReLog, HUI. Interviews commercial actors such as NA-KD, Tradera, Schibsted, and e-commerce barometer (HUI).

Desktop research, related studies, strategic analysis, reports.
