Purpose and goal:
The idea of the project was to test whether Konstfack, by using a co-working space shared by a number of different authorities, could find collaborative projects with other public organisations but also get input and share experiences to develop different internal processes and working methods related to post-pandemic recovery. The project also aimed to contribute an additional aspect to the development of forms for distance work.
Expected results and effects:
Contact with Samverket has provided insight into the issues and ideas about working methods, working practices, development of processes and digitalisation that are current and being discussed within the community of organisations that Samverket forms, and has provided a forum for discussion and highlighted possible contact points for collaboration on common areas of development, but also contributed to a view of development opportunities within one´s own activities.
Approach and implementation:
Selected employees have had access to the co-working space Samverket in the form of premises, activities and online community. Due to unexpectedly high workloads and changes in staffing, the co-working space could not be used to the extent or with the focus the project aimed for, but the project has nevertheless led to many positive experiences and insights that Konstfack can benefit from in the future development of its activities.
