PRV tests Samverket

During the project, PRV has participated both physically and digitally in numerous workshops and talks at Samverket with the aim of developing new working methods in the public sector. The results of the interaction have been shared. Interactions have also generated project initiatives in the public sector. The collaboration has clearly provided a safe environment for co-creation and innovative thinking.

The membership of Samverket has provided a platform for collecting experiences from other actors and efficient environmental intelligence. These experiences have been spread to the own organization. There would have been more potential to test the lessons learned practically in my own organization if I, as a member, had been a manager/ project manager in my own organization.

Many new contact surfaces have been created and common challenges identified. PRV applied for funding for membership for 1-year, but has since decided to extend the membership. Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

The arrangement of sitting on a specific day at Samverket and freeing up a certain amount of time in the calendar worked well and was necessary to prioritize participating in activities that are created. Difficult if the calendar is full. However, to really get a common team in one´s own organization with new working methods requires more than one employee and a clear commitment from one´s own organization.
