The goal has been to develop digital support for adults (+18) who experience/risk deficiencies in the sense of KASAM but do not necessarily have efforts from the municipality via an innovation partnership

The digital supports should make a big difference to the owners of the needs, individuals and the municipality and be made available on the market. We also wanted to increase competence on innovation-promoting procurement in order to better prepare the consortium municipalities and share experiences, among other things via sample agreements.

The intended effect that external expertise would contribute to developing a business model on a co-developed portal so that it is both sustainable and consistent with current needs is deemed to be achieved, even if the solution is not released on the market until February. The process support to the municipalities has increased the understanding of the municipalities´ role as facilitators in the longer term, as well as the commitment to the long-term recovery of benefits and how the forms for this should take place.

The arrangement has been carried out according to plan and with the intended effect. The business development support is considered to have provided the most benefit. The municipalities´ requests for tailored support have been met, but could have been even more effective if it had been introduced later in the development where, after the solution takes shape, it becomes clearer how the organization´s processes need to be developed.
