The management has successfully increased the order intake from both national and international customers at the end of the project.

The company has successfully established a better strategy to grow the company´s activities by further strengthening the customer offer and implemented processes to increase the focus of the business towards more results -driven objectives. The company management participated in the Nordic ScaleUp Academy program and was present at all events. Consultation was given during the implementation of the program to further strengthen the company´s strategy. Several tools and processes have been successfully implemented from the program into the business during its lifetime.
