The project has also enabled an adaptation of existing strategic ones, which has been required as the area is so fast-moving. The initiative has enabled increased international collaboration, especially in the health area with Canada as well as new collaborations in Europe, the Nordics, and the USA within AI Security.

The results and expected effects of the project have been significant. Approximately 20-30% of AI Swedens partners have taken an active role in the development of strategic areas, indicating a strong commitment and interest from both private and public sectors. Through the project, new strategic areas have not only been identified and developed, but have also become catalysts for increased knowledge and sharing of best practices in AI.
