Edge Learning Consortium

Purpose and goal:

AI Sweden, in partnership with member organizations, is launching a consortium to accelerate edge learning research and the development of novel solutions enabled by this new technology paradigm. The consortium brings together industry partners with key global researchers into a partnership to innovate at the edge.

The mission is to accelerate research, development, and application of edge learning approaches. We aim to be a global center of excellence providing an environment characterized by adventure, speed, boldness, openness, and state-of-the art resources. The goals for Edge Learning Consortium will lead to the following effects - Significant knowledge generation in the field of edge learning and decentralized AI in general - Accelerated use of AI in both private and public sector - Investments in Sweden by international companies - International profiling of the Swedish AI ecosystem
