The secretariat coordinates the development work for a coherent data infrastructure for competence provision and lifelong learning, and acts as a lubricant/enabler for the implementation of the government mission. The secretariat has, among other things, tasked with promoting cross-functional collaborations and learning (incl. feedback). An

Continued to work on handling the conclusions and recommendations from the learning study that was carried out 2022. Conclusions: - The government assignment faces similar challenges as other collaboration initiatives. - Learning and exchange of experience characterizes the implementation, but needs to be

better maintained. - Consensus around aim and a logical map forward can create the conditions for progress. - A more result-oriented work can benefit from clearer governance. - In order for the government´s mission to reach its goals, the pilots´ work needs to be prioritized.
