The project´s aim was to be able to continue the innovation work by creating the conditions to involve students more in the design of school meals for more conscious choices. The goal of the project has been achieved and was to arrive at concrete data for a final stage three project where the municipality implements and uses the solution, achieves intended results and designs a methodology for communication and dissemination of results.
Expected results and effects:
In accordance with the goals, the project has developed a methodology that involves digital functions for increased student involvement in the design of the meal. The solution includes a methodology for knowledge progression through primary school around cultivation and plant-based nutrition. The solution favors healthy choices and reduced food waste.

The project has been carried out with major delays, but during the autumn was able to involve those concerned and achieve good results. The project is to be regarded as an intermediate step from the innovation work in step 1 to the final implementation in an upcoming step 3 project.
