Global cooperation, special operations 2021 - Kasi Technologies

Purpose and goal:

The project aim and objective was to participate in conferences and workshops in the UAE with aim to market Kasi Tech, as well as meeting new potential investors, collaboration partners, including local and international innovation ecosystems. The long-term objective is to create international business for our Swedish cleantech start-up.

Expected results and effects:

Kasi Tech was signed up as speaker on the planned event (20/1): Global Cleantech Summit, held at the Swedish pavilion at DubaiWorldExpo2020. That was a very successful event that rounded up our week in the UAE. Based on the funding received from Vinnova our company was also able to join the local Masdar Innovate accelerator stand during Abu Dhabi sustainable week 17 - 19 of January.

This led to huge amounts of local media coverage, meeting with the UAE Minister of Industry and advanced technology, His Eminence Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber which has really opened the doors for us in UAE for the future Approach and implementation:
