Application to run an innovation cluster (i.e a programme office) within Adv Digitalisation

Purpose and goal: During 2022, Teknikföretagen hosted a program office as part of the innovation program Avancerad Digitalisering. The goal has been to contribute to an effective implementation of the program.

During 2022, the program office has fullfilled the ambition by improving the conditions for the program´s implementation. The program office has functioned as: 1. a tangible implementation support 2. coordinating party for activities and actors 3. catalyst for dialogue between different actors within the program´s framework

Expected results and effects:

Through the activities initiated within the framework of the program office, the following results have been achieved during 2022: 1. Increased clarity around ongoing investments and needs within the program 2. Visibility of the program´s efforts. 3. A roadmap for the program and pinpointed relevant areas

4. Awareness, as well as interest, among individual companies 5. Dialogue with relevant actors, such as research institutes, universities and companies. Approach and implementation: In 2022, the program office has been staffed with expertise that devotes full time to the development of the program. All work within the program office has been carried out in close dialogue with

1. the actors within the program. This is to ensure smooth operative work processes

2 relevant authorities, for example Vinnova and the Government Offices (in order to provide visibility and understanding of the programme´s ambition)

3. relevant actors within the Swedish innovation system (as a way to create synergies with other initiatives and pool resources.)
