Business Model Verification for spreading the SynerLeap model

The project has aimed to verify the business model hypothesis in its parts and that two new industrial companies join SynerLeap within the project period. The outcome is that 8 new partners were signed during the project period, and that sub-hypotheses were refined, improved and verified in line with the project target.

The result from the project means that the SynerLeap model can be spread to more actors than ABB and that costs can take advantage of economies of scale and network effects in and with a larger ecosystem, to the advantage of all involved partners and above all startup companies. The project has followed an Lean Startup methodology, with a ´build-measure-learn´ loop to get as close to a Product/Market fit as possible, within the project´s time and funding framework. During the project, the ´product´ was presented to a total of 44 buyers, which led to 8 new deals/partnerships.
