Grant Description

In August 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce signed two aid agreements with the Government of Rwanda to boost trade. One was a 50 million RMB grant and the second was a 50 million RMB interest-free loan (see Record ID#2021). It is unclear how this money was spent.
