A concept for active quality management in smaller client organizations

Client organizations that do not work with active quality management or quality control are at a greater risk of getting an end product of poorer quality. There is also a higher risk of costly errors repeating themselves in future projects.

To overcome this, all operators subject to a verification procedure (client, planner, and contractor) need access to a tool to share quality data. Today, few solutions on the market take all three players into account. Most software and services focus only on the execution phase (contractors). All three perspectives are needed to achieve good quality management and better project quality overall.
