East Node AI Sweden 2022

Purpose and goal:

The local presence of the eastern node is expected to raise awareness of the importance of accelerating AI in the Östergötland business community and among public actors. It also increases the opportunity for practical guidance and support before, and during, a partner´s AI transformation journey; which will be crucial for an acceleration that is pervasive and lasting. The goal is for AI Swedens partners to make a move towards more data-driven activities with AI as an enabling technology.

Expected results and effects:

The project will increase East Swedish partners´ participation in AI collaboration projects (both regionally and nationally) and Östergötland´s forces will in this way be spread and be used throughout the country. To enable this, the Eastern Node will strengthen the node with AI change agents during the coming project period and establish a local Data factory lab.

The Eastern Node will work to make the best use of regional areas of strength to create such a large value exchange for partners. The ambition for the project is to triple the number of East Swedish AI Sweden partners. Approach and implementation:

Activities include partner care and network meetings, coaching within AI Transformation (including maturity measurements and development planning), developing Data Factory and increasing the utilization rate of the infrastructure, increasing participation in applied AI project and talent programs.
