Jämtland County Administrative Board participates in Samverket to test coworking and hybrid work

Purpose and goal:

The County Administrative Board participated in the project because we wanted to contribute to developing a concept for coworking and hybrid work for state authorities. Through the project, we wanted to create the conditions for a close collaboration between us authorities where we can together find solutions to various social challenges across the authority boundaries.

Samverket has become a joint innovation space for the public sector and Samverket has contributed to us taking further steps towards close cooperation between us authorities. There have been many unexpected and positive meetings across authority boundaries and we have both gained valuable knowledge in our work from other authorities and we have also shared knowledge with other authorities.

The County Administrative Board has had 7 memberships in Samverket. When the membership changed to go from personal membership to membership for the authority, it meant that far more of the county board´s employees used Samverket. In the beginning, we controlled the structure so that it was mainly employees working with Agenda 2030 who were at Samverket.

This arrangement was changed later and there was no control over which issues were to be raised, different issues and collaborations emerged from meetings that arose at Samverket.
