The Agency for public management tests Samverket

Purpose and goal:

The Swedish Agency for Public Management has participated in Samverket as part of the authority´s work to promote a good administrative culture in Swedish government authorities. Through its presence at Samverket, the Swedish Agency for Public Management has had the opportunity to create contacts with other authorities, something that can have effects for the authority´s work to promote a good administrative culture in the state in the longer term.

Expected results and effects:

The Swedish Agency for Public Management has reached its objective of creating contacts with representatives of other government authorities. Through these contacts, the Agency for Public Management can create opportunities to promote a good administrative culture in government authorities in the future.

Approach and implementation:

The Swedish Agency for Public Management has hade a fairly simple setup. Through a physical presence at Samverket, the authority has worked to make visible the authority´s work in promoting a good administrative culture in the government authorities. There have been plans to also arrange a seminar in Samverket´s premises on this theme, but due to various circumstances these plans have not been realized.
