Propida digitize property maintenance service

Purpose and goal:

The goal of the project was to start generating revenue. The project aimed to further develop the platform, package Propida´s offer communicatively and graphically, as well as ensure regulatory compliance and to produce the necessary agreements for it. Expected results and effects:

All activities have been completed, and the work packages have contributed to us having 1) Made the system ready to make more integrations with technical solutions, as well as developed the system further 2) A packaging of Propida´s offer and creation of a graphic profile that led us to more clearly communicate who we are 3) A review of the legal system has led to us ensuring regulatory compliance and producing appropriate documents based on this. Based on the project´s results, Propida now has good conditions to bring in external capital and continue the growth journey

Approach and implementation:

One month after the start of the project, the application was revised and the "billing model" work package was replaced with the "marketing" work package, to first bring in more customers before developing the marketplace. An important part of attracting new customers is marketing and how Propida is perceived, hence the revision.
