Purpose and goal: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
Objective of the stage 2 project was to, based on the needs identified in stage 1, start up and test a digital care service specialized in the mother´s health and recovery in the first year after childbirth as well as test and evaluate the intended business model. These objective have been met during the course of the project.
Expected results and effects: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
Support from Vinnova in Stage 2 has enabled the development of a digital caregiver service where leg. midwives now provide advice to mothers digitally through video calls that can be booked directly in the Numa app. Mothers have mainly requested breastfeeding support, which is why the counseling now focuses on this. Based on the mothers´ wishes and needs, digital aftercare programs and courses have been developed, mainly in breastfeeding and physical rehabilitation for a return to physical activity.
Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
By complementing Numa´s information platform consisting of quality health information with a newly developed part consisting of a digital caregiver service and aftercare program, Numa is now a comprehensive solution for new mothers. The project was largely based on lessons learned from step 1, which was of great importance for the project to be implemented in its entirety.
