Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the project was to improve the platform with B2B partners. The goal was to launch MVP2.0 and validate product market fit. Expected results and effects:

The result of the project is that the team has now succeeded in onboarding B2B partners and the platform improvements have been made. This enabled us to scale the project impact and build strong foundation for further commercialization. Approach and implementation:

The project was implemented by the team with key stakeholders. Together with the team, the third party was involved in the project´s impact assessment with actual feedback and data collected from the users and key stakeholders. This combination of implementation and transparent evaluation has brought valuable insights to the project.
