Varannan Vecka

Purpose and goal:

Varannan Vecka uses AI, tech and research to develop a conflict-preventing coparenting app for separated parents. For the sake of their children. The project aimed to improve the service, develop and improve important functions and take the service to market. The project has been successful with great target fulfillment through product launch and paying customers among consumers, companies and municipalities.

Expected results and effects:

The app has been launched in Sweden and has received its first paying customers in B2C, B2B and ongoing procurements in B2G.

With three different validated business models, the company has fantastic opportunities to find external funding and continue to grow both in Sweden and internationally. Approach and implementation:

Before the start of the project, a larger analysis work was done through user interviews and questionnaires about the various needs. Based on several different research studies in Coparenting, it was identified which interventions reduce "risk factors" and increase "health factors" in a successful parental partnership. During the project, new functions have been developed to meet the needs of the different target groups and thereby gain paying customers. The work includes UX, tech development, implementation AI, marketing and sales.
