The innovative Fryshuset

The purpose of the project was to learn about mission-based system innovation and to work with other civil society actors to apply the method to work out prototypes that can give all children in Sweden an equal chance to complete school. The goal has been achieved and we have gained new knowledge that we can use in our own organization and in collaborations with other actors from the learning initiative.

Fryshuset has gained new knowledge about mission-based working methods that are brought back to the organization and which can hopefully be applied and used in our future work. New relationships and networks have also been created through the learning initiative. Hopefully this will result in one or more prototypes that we can apply for further funding to realize with the goal that all children should have the same chance of finishing school.

The learning initiative has been carried out digitally with two physical meetings. Where the physical meetings were most rewarding but where we gladly had even more time to get to the bottom of various issues.
