For the work on the proposal, a Swedish project group consisting of staff from Luleå University of Technology was created and a consultant with experience from similar assignments was hired. The project group included national coordinators from each of the member countries participating in the consortium. The approach has worked well and is designed from our experience to coordinate similar major applications within ECSEL.
