Organisational Learning, Knowledge & Capabilities (OLKC) is an annual scientific conference held in various locations in Europe and sometimes in the United States.
There is a board of internationally recognized researchers in organization, management and informatics behind the conference, and each year it is organized by a local committee on the place where the conference is held.
The conference contributes with knowledge from the local projects eTeam (www.hv.se/eteam), VITAL (www.hv.se/vital), and DIGHEP (www.hv.se/dighep), in the national context around digitalisation in healthcare and working life as well as the use of welfare technology. The purpose of the conference is to meet and discuss research contributions within the conference´s overall theme.
For this year´s conference, the specific theme is "Learning future workforce capabilities for global sustainability".
The conference contains three sub-themes, which focus on organisational learning, work-integrated learning and digital transformation, respectively. The conference program is planned for three days, September 7-9, 2022.
The first day is devoted to informal and constructive discussions related to participating doctoral students´ research.
During the other two days, parallel sessions are held with presentations and discussions of submitted scientific contributions. Two keynotes’ presentations will be conducted during these days.
The conference has a social program, with a reception during the first evening, with a tour of the Saab Car Museum in Trollhättan, and a conference dinner during the second evening. The conference is organized by a program committee with three professors/researchers at University West, and with two people in each committee for the conference´s sub-themes.
The target group for the conference is the researchers who are interested in organization, management and informatics. The conference is estimated to have about 120 participants.
