One Planet Plate - food for a living planet

"Climate transition - more meals for a living planet" aims to test, develop and spread an innovative working model for faster transition in the food industry. With innovative methods, tools and coaching, new target groups are reached, and use and spread of the One Planet Plate (OPP) concept increased.

The model "OPP-Hub" creates valueinnovation via lower cost, more support and flexibility, while "OPP conference", "OPP-demander" and "OPP-grocerybag" contribute to knowledge, demand and that more meals for a living planet according to OPP are served. The project has resulted in a doubled number of users (about 20) of One Planet Plate-konceptet (OPP) as a guide and labelling.

Over 200 participants from different target groups have participated in 20 workshops and seminars. A new working model and new concepts have been developed, tested, documented and launched with new communication material. The material is actively used to spread and promote sustainable meals and has reached over 100 meal actors.

With support in joint successcriteria and clear target, we collaborated, developed and launched an innovative working model to scale and spread One Planet Plate-concept.

We have worked with practical testing, development, training, coaching, workshops, interviews, events, networking and communication with direct and indirect target groups.

Strong relationships have been key to success and provided valuable insights, improving the working model, concept and communication material as well as spread and use of the One Planet Plate-concept.
