The results from the evaluations of the AI tool showed that it has great potential to make it easier for users at RKMs to access data and to use data for different purposes, and that it can also contribute to increased collaboration and communication among different functions at RKM: your. The results also showed that it is important to have good knowledge of the AI tool´s possibilities and limitations, as well as knowledge of the subject areas for which the tool is used.
Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
The project was carried out in five work packages: Project coordination, Needs analysis regional public transport authorities (interviews, and survey), Travelers needs analysis (current overview of ticket forms and pricing in Europe, analyzes of traveler surveys), Data collection, statistics and Data pre-processing. Based on the analyses, an AI tool built on standard machine learning and large language models was developed.
