Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the project was to hire a researcher who previously had an MSCA project and integrate this person into the company´s research and development activities. Expected results and effects:

The project has proceed according to plan and the researcher now has a permanent position in the company. The onboarding process went very well and the person was able to quickly start generating valuable work. Approach and implementation:

After the onboarding process, regular meetings and follow-up have been held to ensure that the person has successfully transitioned from academia to industry. The transition and integration have gone very well and the person has contributed with great knowledge and experience in the field of bioproduction and analytical chemistry.
