Integrated Learning in cutting-edge digital technologies, - Applying the Model and Generate Learnings

Purpose and goal:

A number of urgent learning needs is identified within the area of Advanced Digitalisation. The goal is to generate Learning journeys meeting these business needs, and to validate the Integrated learning model. This project will address Learning needs in four selected key knowledge domains: - Systems Engineering of complex systems in Cyber-Physical Systems

- Cyber Security in products - Autonomous collaborating systems and Human-Autonomy Teaming - Data driven system applications including data science, Machine / Deep learning Expected results and effects:

The project will apply the Integrated learning model to generate Learning journeys, in advanced digital projects. The goals are: Goal 1: Generate usable modular Learning journeys supporting learning within the selected domains. Goal 2: Validate and improve the model, to make it ready for a launch, and to be used in advanced projects.

Goal 3: Form a foundation for an eco-system of industry and academic partners, for sustaining and developing Learning journeys. Approach and implementation:

The preparations start in October 2022, and the development of the first Learning journey will be started 2023, when suitable advanced projects and/or partners have been selected.

The work with creating the Learning journeys will be performed in separate work packages, and the coordination between them will be done in a work package for project planning, and development of the Integrated learning framework.

The three partners of the Integrated Learning project (dnr 2021-03255), ABB, Ericsson and Saab, will also search other external participants from the industry and academia.
