Purpose and goal: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
The purpose of the project "From current situation to new situation - collaboration for innovation in healthcare" is to, together with the healthcare administrations within Region Uppsala, develop, test and finally implement clear processes for business collaborations. These can form the basis of a regional common structure which in turn is important for building a sustainable and long-term cultural change where innovation and cooperation/collaboration with the business world is seen as a natural part of the daily work.
Expected results and effects: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
An active health care that, together with the patients, can identify and formulate their needs, to enable businesses to meet these.
Through an overall culture change, cooperation/collaboration with the business world is seen as a natural part of the daily work within health care in Region Uppsala. More medical technology innovations based on healthcare needs are developed and made useful in healthcare. Approach and implementation:
** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
In the project, we focus on the internal organization Region Uppsala, as an enabler for businesses to get more access to healthcare and thus create the conditions for new innovative products and services to be developed and implemented in health care and benefit patients and employees. Knowledge, lessons learned and new processes will partly be acquired internally through reference groups, working groups and workshops, and externally through innovation engines in other regions and national and international conferences and training courses.
