Travel allowance 2022 Sweden Innovation Days 22-23 September

Purpose and goal:

The aim and objective of the project was participation at Sweden Innovation Days in Toronto on 22-23 September with the aim to establish business contacts in Canada including customers, partners, and investors. This is fulfilled when Gleechi met and established contact with people from all categories.

Expected results and effects:

Gleechi expected to meet at least 20 companies and to move forward with at least one of these as a client. Due to the nature of the participating companies from both Sweden and Canada, the number of relevant meetings was slightly fewer than 20. However, at least one of the companies is potentially relevant as a customer, so the outcome can still be considered good.

Approach and implementation:

The pre-booked meetings were carried out according to plan. Of these, one led to a further contact with potential for a future project. A spontaneous demonstration by Gleechis VR-träning was also conducted with one of the participating Canadian companies with a positive response. Further interesting, spontaneous discussions were had during one of the lunches, which led to a contact that may lead to collaborations within the forestry industry.
