Zeeds - Effective Behaviour Change within CBT

Purpose and goal:

Zeeds is a platform that increases the effectiveness of CBT treatment administered by healthcare providers. This is done through a UX-optimized patient application connected to a psychologist´s data portal. Zeeds wanted to use the funds to verify the effectiveness of the product, as well as further validate the business model.

The expected result of this project was divided into technical completion of the product, capital raising, sales and legal Due Diligence. The goals have largely been met, and comfortably within budget. Expected results and effects:

The overall parts of the milestones for technical development have been completed. This means standardized procedures for a secure development environment, multi-factor authentication for patient and psychologist, an analytics dashboard. Journal integration is not completed. Sales have also started and we have developed a CRM system to measure the conversion in different funnels. We have also found our first 5 customers.

We have raised some of the capital we needed, and have interest going forward. In addition to that, we have also compiled standards we need for development. Approach and implementation:

1. Through Complyit and EIT Healths Med Tech bootcamp we created a plan of necessary development during the fall, as well as some processing of investors. In connection with that, we started architecture development and created an internal quality management system.

2. From January we started systematic marketing activities, and began to work on pricing models and effective marketing activities.

3. In recent months, we have completed development of a new application and web portal based on the overall changes we made during the fall, and are launching the product.
