Purpose and goal:

During the course of the project, the outside world has changed. The economic situation has become increasingly unstable with increased interest rates and inflation but also a shaky & volatile energy market. Prospective partners have undergone internal changes, partly due to these macro factors.

Fenix Solar has done everything it can to adapt and has found new ways forward during the project. Both technical and commercial leaps have been taken and we are now better equipped than before the project began with several valuable insights into product, market, and technology. We have validated that there is commercialization potential in the project and with the service, which was the main purpose of the project. We have identified development opportunities in both the business model and the technical platform. The project has given us good insights into how we need to improve our communication and given us more meat on our legs when approaching new customers and partners.

WE have identified that sales cycles are longer than expected. We see tendencies in the market we have not seen before. The industry is maturing and there is now a greater need and demand from our potential partners to offer added value services and differentiate themselves. This is probably due to higher competition and higher eligibility requirements from end customers.
