Purpose and goal: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
The project´s focus has been to quantify the efficiency in construction projects using Nodon´s tool for climate optimization compared to the corresponding consulting service. The quantification has been done based on time, cost and climate perspectives. Expected results and effects:
After completing project, we have been able to quantify the savings in time, cost and climate impact of using Nodon´s tools instead of a consulting service to climate-optimize a construction project. On average, the feasibility study of the project is reduced by 12%. On average, the direct cost of climate optimization is reduced by 30%.
On average, 22% of the climate impact is reduced. Using the results, it will make it easier for project developers to understand the benefits of choosing Nodon´s tools to climate-optimize their construction projects, and reduce their climate impact. Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
The project has been carried out by collecting data through conversations with project developers and environmental coordinators at real estate companies, both before and after the use of Nodon´s tools in a total of 27 construction projects from different developers. The results from the various data points have then been corrected to be comparable with each other and have then been quantified and analyzed to produce the results presented in the report.
