The aim of the project was to increase awareness of the Collecct brand, make our circular economy platform available and to create conditions for making climate-smart choices. The aim was also to present the platform to the right people, at the right time and in the right way and to evaluate, question and test/evaluate our own revenue and business model.

We know to a greater extent which customers have disrupted value of the platform and which roles are susceptible to buying into the service (us).

The project had four different work packages that were fairly well described. They had a certain interdependence between each other, but in practice could flow in parallel during the implementation of the project. All work packages are now complete as far as can be determined. All parts can be constantly improved and refined, above all based on the feedback we receive and want from our customers and partners.
