Digitize all parts of the tool: Measuring, processing data and designing interventions aimed at stress and recovery are fully digitized and adapted to the company/organization.

Objective 2. Conduct 1 test group (25 people) at companies with results of at least 30% increased sustainability: To test the quality of the new digitized tool, we conduct 1 test group with a result objective that is in line with our previous manual results. We will create a tool that is both efficient and gives at least the same results as our previous manual service.
