Grant Description

Purpose and goal:

All the requested five parts of the project have been carried out to achieve a higher TRL level from initially 1-2 to close to 2-3.5, all part moments have been achieved.

Outcome: created full cadd and demo of a solar panel with 10w x 8 solar cells parallel connected function tested modules: POWER MAXIMUM - 10W POWER VOLTAGE - 2.87A MAXIMUM POWER CURRENT CIRCUIT - 4.09V VOLTAGE -3.06A IIa-b,c, III ab: F solder sensor; business logic, IP:

Outcome: Design/context/models are explored by high-end and low-end concepts developed on the input of IBMS methodology + 3 new pilots/partners identified. Expected results and effects:

ia. Results (R): Demo / solar cell module with 10W max power, 2.87A current voltage, 4.09V max open circuit current and 3.06A voltage. i b. R: Explored design concepts, for high-end and b, low-end concepts based on IBM methodology. ii a. R: Functionally tested a 3D-printed nylon flow meter. ii b. R: Completed the technical design of a control system.

iii b. R: Commercially tested various form factors and price models mentioned in iib and iv. iv. R: Evaluated the business logic and incentive structure for decentralized DER electricity generation. v. Created an IP and brand strategy. Approach and implementation:

The project´s objective is to technically and commercially validate a function prototype + take the project from trl approx. 1.5 to 3.5. Together with 3 pilot/validation partners, this resulted in the identification of 3 new pilot segments / future partners. Functional prototypes both in 3d printed design, sketches and cad/cam have been executed and tested and resulted in a new conceivable patent opportunity.

The methodology we applied is Design thinking, MVP / agile and thermo-learning. We have also applied IBMS Ecological/triple bottom line, on which we created two part-concepts.
