SpeakSum Public Release

Purpose and goal:

The goal of the project was to reach a stage where we can launch publicly and get the tool into the hands of as many people as we can and to hear what they think of the service.

In the first two months of the project, we brought in another developer and worked together to do the technical work. The service was ready for use in January and in February we had our first customer who we are working with today to improve the service. We also brought in market analysis consultants to evaluate our marketing strategy

Expected results and effects:

The result was that we have developed a working platform to automatically measure digital meetings in real time, just over a month ahead of schedule.

The time we saved allowed us to communicate more and with more prospective clients and we learned an incredible amount. One of the people we´ve spoken to has signed up to the service in one and wants to use it to in turn help their clients which we´re very excited about. We are very pleased with this result and look forward to continuing on our journey.

Approach and implementation:

The planned approach was to first develop the basic functionality and then gradually move on to showcasing our service and hearing what prospective customers think about it and whether they would like to buy it.

We quickly realised that we were overestimating the time required for the technical work and underestimating the work with customers, which is in line with our competences. Overall, the project went very well and we have managed to complete it just over a month ahead of schedule.
