Purpose and goal:
The project activities helped identify existing strengths in data handling practices and pinpoint areas that require improvement to enhance the overall environmental performance of production systems. Expected results and effects:
Our evaluation encompassed existing environmental practices and data management approaches, aiming to ascertain the specific requirements of key stakeholders and the data needed for implementing novel solutions. The gap analysis not only identified improvement areas (data gaps) but also recognized existing strengths upon which to build.
Approach and implementation: Activities performed: WP1. Feasibility analysis: process maps, production data inventory, and data quality evaluations. WP2. Gap analysis: maturity assessment at the facility level which served as the foundation for the gap analysis.
The results of this feasbility study were used a foundation for the follow-up project visibility of value networks for circularity and eco-efficiency (VIVACE).
