Summary DigiLyftet aims to develop frameworks and provide conditions for small and medium-sized construction companies to a digital transformation, based on the development needs that have been identified through Bygglyftet.
The companies will be coached in their digital change work in order to benefit directly from the possibilities of digitization.
By strengthening individual companies, the civil engineering sector as a whole will also be strengthened, as the greatest benefit from digitization can be provided if all actors are included in a changeover.
DigiLyftet must function as an integrated part of Bygglyftet, where the goal is to: Develop a competency profile of a digital coach, i.e. what basic knowledge does a digital coach need to be able to support and drive change in small and medium-sized construction companies.
Also includes the development of a basic training course for coaches that contains a review of methods and models to be able to carry out the work of participating pilot companies.
Define areas/processes where digitization provides the greatest benefit from a sustainability perspective for small and medium-sized construction companies. Develop a digital toolbox for each area/process. Example: which digital tools/applications/platforms exist to support a specific area or process such as cost control.
Exemplify the possibilities of digitization for SMEs - model for ROI. Model for digital transformation of companies based on the digital toolbox.
The development will be carried out via 3–5 pilot projects via an agile/iterative approach in collaboration with Bygglyftet.
