Purpose and goal:
This project aimed to investigate the feasibility of fabricating an in-situ mask for nanopatterning electronic nanostructures. The outcome was a successful proof of concept that our lab observations can be used for miniaturization. We managed to optimize the mask´s properties, and used it to produce Si nanostructures.
This method could revolutionize electronic component fabrication with nanoscale features, and the results represent a significant step forward in the field of nanostructure fabrication. Expected results and effects:
The project successfully fabricated Si nanostructures using the in-situ mask, exceeding expectations given the short project period. The main goal was to demonstrate the effectiveness of the mask for patterning nanostructures, which was achieved.
