AGFO Transformation is a new series of seminars focusing on research linked to the food system´s sustainability challenges.
The primary target group is Swedish food and agricultural players, both already established and startup companies.The project is carried out in close collaboration with RISE´s agriculture and food department, and is based on four of the research institute´s seven focus areas:1. Seafood and aquatic primary production2.
Sustainable farms3. Residual streams of the food system4.
Sustainable and healthy food products of the futureAGFO Transformation consists of four seminars that are offered completely free of charge. Each session is 60-75 minutes long and focuses on current Swedish research.
Each seminar is a hybrid event that is held with a participating audience and is simultaneously broadcast live on Youtube, Facebook and LinkedIn for maximum dissemination.The seminar is mainly marketed via Agfos established newsletter and through sponsored posts on social media.The goal of our seminar series AGFO Transformation is not only to communicate new research, but also to engage companies to make real use of the research results in their own business.
Each seminar is followed up with in-depth information that is accessible in a dedicated section on our website Agfo.se.
The companies are also offered the opportunity to network with other interested companies and the possibility to participate in future research projects.
