Travel grant 2022 Matchmaking-Sweden Innovation week Brazil

Purpose and goal:

During the meeting with Suzano, Acosense and its solutions were presented to 4 people at Suzano´s division Open Innovation and from a mill. Among other things, they work with digitalisation and the solutions that were discussed are considered to have several possible applications, which will be discussed further in following meetings.

In addition to the above, the opportunity was also given to meet people from two different companies active in water treatment, Sabesp and Sanepar. SANEPAR has a clear interest and discussions will continue in separate meetings. Expected results and effects:

Meeting with several representatives of Suzano from a mill as well as from their development department (Open Innovations) was conducted. A number of challenges in their production were discussed, which will hopefully lead to further meetings. The forum provided the opportunity to explain more clearly the possibilities and limitations of the technology.

Approach and implementation:

At the matchmaking event organized by Ignite Sweden, we had, besides Suzano, the opportunity to meet SANEPAR and Sabesp, both active in water treatment. During the meetings, targeted presentations were made for each company for about 20 minutes, which gave enough time to discuss the challenges the companies were facing.

A future commercial partner was also present at two of the meetings, who gained an insight into the questions that the customers ask.
