Swedish stakeholder mapping and mobilisation for Precision Prevention

The overall goal of ENGAGE was to identify, map and engage Swedish stakeholders in precision health with a focus on primary prevention. By doing an exploratory review of both scientific articles and grey literature, we have mapped groups relevant to the project. These have then been engaged by answering surveys, participating in interviews and finally a workshop where we set the goal of creating together as a consortium "Health Sweden”, inspired by the successful initiative Forska!Sverige (https://www.forskasverige. see/).

The expected result was to create, together with stakeholders, a forum to draw up a work plan for future health work in Sweden, and to support the definition and implementation of innovative, sustainable and high-quality strategies that are effective in preventing chronic diseases. A decision was made to create a future consortium to inform and raise awareness of the importance of precision prevention in health, by providing key decision makers with evidence and creating a constructive discussion climate for change.

The work has included a literature review of both scientific and general (grey) literature, interviews and workshops with stakeholders, as well as laying the foundation for the building of a Swedish consortium in prevention for health.
