Equalizer´s aim is to create safe, inclusive and equal workplaces where all employees have a voice. The goal of the project was to go from prototype to a well-functioning and testable beta version. By conducting tests with our needs owner, internally at our company and with people from other companies, we have managed to get feedback that is crucial for Equalizer´s further development. We can present a product that at this stage shows positive results among users.

The results of the project and the implementation of tests together with our needs owner have shown that Equalizer is perceived to be a user-friendly tool that contributes to the facilitation of meeting moderation by employees and managers. 1. Development of machine learning model that provides at least 50% accuracy.

2. Design & implementation UI in Frontend so that one can create a new meeting, select a user and visualize speaking time. Backend that ensures the possibility of storing data in database, handles requests from frontend Improving machine learning model

Frontend & Backend to create user registration, voice fingerprint recording, registration of organization and possibility to invite new users. Beta test with specific acceptance criteria together with needs owner.
