TINC

The purpose of TINC is to help Nordic companies gain a better knowledge of the ecosystem in Silicon Valley, and to gain more knowledge about how best to take your company from the "startup phase" to the "scaleup phase". The program is well suited for companies that in the near future plan to raise capital from VC firms in San Fransisco, or to expand to the American market. Through the program, we have received coaching in business development, sales, marketing and fundraising.

Expected results and effects:

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the program and the fantastic network of mentors, lecturers and contacts that TINC has in The Bay Area. The mix of companies that were accepted into the batch was also rewarding, we got a very good exchange with other founders. Approach and implementation:

We have provided feedback about the program´s structure, including that it was very long and many meetings took place in the evening, in addition to regular working hours due to the time difference. It would have helped if we had had 2 evenings a week instead of 3 evenings, and that the meetings had been 2 hours/time instead of 3 hours/evening.
