With the HSS conferences being arranged every two years, there are good opportunities for ideas raised to be carried forward. Regarding new contacts made, there is a great deal of personal responsibility in keeping these contacts alive.

A majority of participants perceived the conference to be professional and inclusive. Program content for parallel and joint sessions was perceived as interesting by the majority. The opportunity to attend the Thursday evening banquet was also much appreciated.

However, there were some opportunities for improvement: the panelists represented gender equality but not ethnic breadth, which would have been good. Too few people from business and the non-profit sector participated. Therfore you need to further sharpen the content.
