These will be developed for both large organizations and SMEs. The training is adapted according to company size, company or community tradition (culture) and previous education levels, etc.
Bergsskolan will also investigate how the school needs to develop in order to reach and recruit a wider and more diversified target group. Approach and implementation:
The project is divided in two parts where the development of competence-enhancing efforts is done in collaboration with the companies and other organizations by first identifying needs and conditions, desired target location, development and examination of different educational paths, implementation, feedback and measures.
Part two, development of Bergsskolan for a wider target group, is done together with young people, municipalities, civil society and companies in the form of workshops. The ideas are then taken forward for development.
