Grant Description

Purpose and goal: By further developing and strengthening existing infrastructures and expertise, CitCom.ai provides reality lab oriented conditions in test and

experimental facilities, relevant for AI and robotics solutions targeting sustainable development of cities and communities. CitCom.ai is organized around three areas; power, move and connect. Power targets changing energy systems and reducing energy consumption. Move targets more efficient and greener transportation linked to logistics and mobility. Connect connects citizens.

Expected results and effects:

By further developing and strengthening existing infrastructures and expertise, CitCom.ai provides reality lab-oriented conditions in test and experimental facilities that constitute a sustainable support for EU cities to maintain and develop their resilience and competitiveness.

This is achieved by supporting AI and robot-based innovations that promote solutions in the area of power (energy system conversion and energy consumption reduction), move (logistics and mobility solutions) and connect (secure and democracy-promoting communication solutions) Approach and implementation:
