Purpose and goal:
The project aims to, on an international level, mapping the needs among international talent and recruiting companies, compare Sweden and 5 other countries´ conditions for and ability to recruit and retain international talent. Through data analysis and workshops, the goal is to find best practice and recommendations that can strengthen European parties and increase mobility in Europe.
Expected results and effects:
The result will be a comparable report that provides insight into how different countries´ abilities and prerequisites affect the willingness of international talents to come to and stay in a country. By comparing the results of different countries, we will be able to assess Sweden´s position. We will also receive concrete recommendations on how each country behaves and how everyone can work together to support both companies and talent and where there are opportunities for collaboration to increase talent mobility in Europe.
Approach and implementation:
The project is led and run by Linköping Science Park. Initially, an agreement will be drawn up with organizations in each country. The relevant countries, in addition to Sweden, are: Finland, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
We decide on a supplier who can carry out the data collection and analysis. In the spring of 2023, data collection will take place through surveys. The data is processed and recommendations are developed through workshops. During the autumn of 2023, the results will be presented in relevant contexts.
